Embedded Systems Engineer
Master's student in Control, Microsystems & Microelectronics at Universität Bremen. I design and write firmware for STM32, ESP32, and bare-metal MCUs — from prototype to production-ready hardware.

Autonomous robot with metal detection and GPS mapping. Designed the embedded control system, sensor fusion pipeline, and wireless data reporting.
Custom wearable tracking vitals (heart rate, SpO2, temperature, activity) with BLE data sync to a mobile app.
Real-time environment sensor node (BME280) streaming over MQTT to a Node.js backend with a live React/Recharts dashboard. Full end-to-end IoT stack.
I'm currently working through a structured KiCad learning roadmap — schematic capture, footprint libraries, DRC/ERC, and design for manufacture. My first real boards will be fabricated via JLCPCB and added here once complete.
Background
I'm Faiq, an Embedded Electronics Engineer currently pursuing my Master's in Control, Microsystems & Microelectronics at Universität Bremen, Germany.
Before my Master's, I have experience of developing production IoT firmware on STM32, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi — writing everything in C/C++ and shipping real hardware to clients.
I'm actively looking for a Werkstudent position in embedded software, firmware, or electronics development in the Bremen/Hamburg region. I enjoy working close to the hardware — bare-metal drivers, RTOS tasks
